Kathleen Hanafan

Ms. Hanafan has 35 years of executive experience driving revenues for major corporations and highly successful niche-focused companies in the oil and gas, industrial, technology and telecommunications industry. Ms. Hanafan has played integral roles in creating companies’ business plan, raising capital, and launching manufacturing facilities, operations, sales, and marketing strategies domestically and globally. Ms. Hanafan has raised in excess of $500 million in equity/debt for strategic operations and acquisitions throughout her career.

Currently, Ms. Hanafan is the Co-Founder of Sanzonate Global, Inc. Ms. Hanafan was President and CEO of a major manufacturing company for the oil and gas, power and mining industry, and managed worldwide operations and strategic growth until the company was acquired in 2017. In her prior years Ms. Hanafan was President of HM Energy LLC, an Oil and Gas Technology Company and responsible for managing the development, sales, and manufacturing activities of the company. Ms. Hanafan was President and CEO of Onit Communications, a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) IP Centrex Company and grew the company into one of the largest B2B VoIP enterprises nationally through a combination of organic growth and several key mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Hanafan has served in prior roles as Sr. Vice President at PRIMEDIA, Executive Vice President, and Shareholder for Internet service provider, BroadbandNow, Sr. Vice President for Archstone Communities, Inc. a nationwide REIT, and Sr. Vice President at Tele-Communications, Inc. through the AT&T acquisition.
